Well that was a close call but I have no clue why it happened.
The alarm started beeping on my feeding pump, and once I worked out nothing was wrong with the pump, I also figured out that my tube was clogged, and too clogged to get any water or anything in. So I took the main nozzle thing off the end of the tube and started sucking stuff out of the tube with a syringe. And luckily enough I sucked out a dried up plug of food about an inch long.
I’m glad. I really didn’t want to have to go to the emergency room today. What I don’t understand is how, with food running all this time, and hot water flushes before and after every damn thing, such a thick plug of food came to dry out (enough to plug it anyway) inside my tube in the first place. Oh well. J tubes are way too easy to clog.
