Anyone on Zofran for Gastroparesis who isn’t getting relief should ask their doctor about Cesamet (Nabilone) - it works magic in comparison, as well as reduces the feeling of fullness and stimulates appetite. I also take Dicletin, morning sickness pills, to control vomiting on the rare occasions when the Cesamet isn’t enough.

Also I’ve found that Zofran works better combined with stuff. So I combine it with Benadryl or Ativan and it works way better.
