If anyone on here with PTSD has experienced onsets of non-triggered, less physical/more mental extreme panic attacks that induce vomiting and heightened sensory stimulation (to the point of fearing regular objects/extreme irritations), and has any vague understanding of managing/coping techniques, please message me.
