“It is possible this white mucus is just saliva,
White/Clear mucus is what usually happens when I get allergies - and no, it’s not “just spit”. I don’t know what the original person who was quoted’s point was… *shrugs*
They were responding to another post asking if white or clear phlegm existed or not because they (as a person with cystic fibrosis) had never had it in their life. Phlegm is technically supposed to be white or clear but if you get enough infections it’s hard to ever find it that color.
