I don’t feel safe in Safe Spaces
They are never safe for me.
Me either. Never ever.
I also never feel like I’ve “come home for the first time” in communities of people “like me”.
One of my friend described me as a “perpetual outsider” for that reason. Even in communities where I have some prestige.
