One good thing about my lousy high schools…
…they actually had us read books written by marginalized people…
My special ed high school. Where we did not get academic diplomas. Actually one amazing teacher made us read dystopias and discuss them. And would not end the discussions until one of us would make the connection between dystopian societies and the system we were in.
