What??  Rick Perry, that doesn’t even make sense.

Yes it does. His logic is that if you take away abortion (because it’s ONLY ever used as birth control in his twisted view) then people will have less (or at least safer) sex because they don’t want to have to deal with being pregnant. In his mind, since Wendy Davis was raised by a single mother and was one herself, she should be wanting to ban abortion to save other women from her horrible fate.

You have to come at it sideways, but it does make some twisted sense. It’s not grounded in reality AT ALL, but it does make sense.
