If you are a disabled or chronically ill person who makes the choice not to discuss it in public, that is your choice. And it’s your choice to deal with the consequences of it, including people not necessarily understanding what you’re going through. Revealing yourself or not revealing yourself…
Spot on. Same applies to talking about / not talking about emotional distress and mental illness.
