So I’m autistic, right. I’m quite intelligent etc. But I didn’t really properly know how to have a shower…

I love cooking and baking - so if I can get my act together to do tutorial/explanation stuff about cooking, I will.  I have a camera that does video - but it doesn’t do super-long videos.  I’ll have to sort that out first and learn how to video edit.

I would love feedback though - to check if I’m explaining stuff well.

I wish I had the spoons to do one on baking. My friends say I’m kind of a baking savant – instantly very good at it, have never really messed up, never went through a learning curve. And I can’t cook at all so it surprised everyone. I even discovered some foods I thought I disliked, were just foods I’d never had from a decent baker. One of my friends has even commissioned me to make holiday bed for her and I’m not even from her culture. So I must be good at it. Also I always know exactly how to modify recipes and techniques to make the bread come out better.

Unfortunately I rarely have the spoons to bake. And I don’t know if I’d be good at teaching beginners, because I never went through a beginner phase. I just jumped right in. Often the best teachers are people who had difficulty learning something.
