The Ender’s Game narrative makes a lot of horrifying things look true. It’s not just a horrifying story - it’s a story that endorses horrifying things.

Also he has a lot of horrifying ideas about human nature in general. Really horrifying. AND he’s good at looking like he knows what he’s talking about. So many autistic people I’ve known have learned social skills from him.
