I don’t think empathy is even a real thing. Not the way they say.
I don’t think it’s a neurological attribute that people either have or don’t have. I think it’s a skill that people acquire, and have to keep acquiring in order to have it. And that there’s no…
If it is a real thing, it’s not what sociopath means when most people say it. And I’m highly disturbed by sociopath as a “neurotype”. It’s meant to be a description of someone’s ethics, not their neurology. If they EVER think it matters for any ethical reason, they’re not a sociopath in any definition I would use.
