Also as I have learned from living in many different climates. You’re body acclimates to your climate. So you get used to the average temperature, and anything hotter can overheat you and anything cooler can make you freeze.

And it’s even more complicated if, like me, you have temperature regulation problems due to autonomic dysfunction, which seems to mean never acclimating to damn near anywhere.

Also if you get heat exhaustion once, you are prone to it the rest of the season. And heat injury can KILL YOU, especially if you are elderly, disabled, bedridden, etc. So BE CAREFUL.

Also you might want to buy or sew yourself a cooling vest. Look up info online. I’m having to look into those, or use ice packs, because my sadistic housing authority banned window air conditioners this year and portable ones suck donkey balls.
