Deer mouse “singing". It’s apparently how they communicate. Normally it’s very difficult to hear clearly but a behavioral ecologist studying these critters played back their vocalizations at a lower frequency. (That’s what plays in the video.) Strange, no? There’s a link to the  article in the video’s original description.
