chavisory: youneedacat: Oh wow. And they’re like my modified spoon theory, where certain colors can only be used for certain types of physical or cognitive tasks! I know a guy—a friend of a friend who I stayed with once—who collects teapots, in all different colors and patterns and materials.  And he has an elaborate personal system, complete with hand-drawn diagram, of which teapots are for use for which days, time of day, season, activity, and type of tea.
