jihoa: Agnosia - The loss of ability to recognise objects. This is occurring again (much to my confusion of course) and it’s put me on edge. I get agitated, like times when I gain a stutter and have allodynia. Allodynia is almost easier to deal with, it’s something solid. You know the pain is there. But these blank spaces are different. Something agnosia-like is very close to my normal. I see colors and shapes and stuff but I don’t put meaning to it. Not object identity sort of meaning anyway. There’s a totally different level of meaning that exists that most people don’t notice.
