Hello Tumblr! I’m here to talk about something near and dear to my heart: tagging gifs that could trigger an epileptic seizure. This is a huge issue (google SUDEP if you don’t believe me), and yet it doesn’t seem to get much attention from the community at large. Very often I see…

The reason I tag everything is that even non flashing gifs often flash when they’re loading on some of my mobile devices. And because I really have trouble telling and looking at a bunch of clearly flashing and clearly not flashing ones won’t help me. Especially because I can’t handle flashing myself.

I don’t find it at all helpful to lump people who tag all gifs in with people who tag none. Not the same. Not endangering anyone. Please leave me alone.
