Caregiving was highlighted on NPR yesterday, specifically caregiving for adult children with autism

Yeah, those moms sure did sound like murderers.

When we talk about murder, it’s because there’s just been a news report about murder, or someone saying how they’d considered murdering an autistic child. Or something like that.

We’re not saying that all parents of autistic children are murderers. The fact that we’re alive to talk about this makes that much clear.

But murder and sympathy for murderers is a real problem.

And we’re not going to shut about about it.

Definitely not going to shut up when murder actually happens and everyone and their dog sympathized with the murderer over the victim. Way to totally miss the point and paint us as irrational idiots.
