Damn it. I’m going to buy an ear cuff or two on eBay just to cover this up. It’s my main dermatillomania location, aside from three sores on my arms. Is used to be inside my ear where nobody could see it. And now every time a nurse takes my temperature, I have to tell them I’m a picker. BTW what tags should I use for this? I don’t want to use self injury, because dermatillomania is a different problem, closer to trichotillomania than cutting. But I don’t want to trigger anyone with pictures of scars or wounds anyway. Right now I’m using “wound picture", if anyone wants to block it. Also: holy crap my ears always look small.
