I’m on vacation in a BEAUTIFUL ashram- but with CPS/fibro it’s really kind of sad. Anyway the latest with me is consistent random nightmares every time I sleep? Any spoonie that can relate ?

I get extra nightmares when my sleep apnea acts up. Especially nightmares of suffocation. But also other kinds, usually violent. I think they’re my brain trying to say “WAKE UP YOU’RE NOT BREATHING”.
