i legit forget that celiac is an autoimmune disease and not just a food allergy until shit like this happens. this sucks when will i have energy again? and be able to sleep normally? booooo…

Totally agree about the for fad ~gluten causes every disease~ people. They also rely hurt people who are already sick and now looking at a restrictive diet. Everyone always says “Have you tried cutting out gluten and dairy?” as if those are common causes of every possible disease. If you don’t try it they say you don’t want to get well. This is also how orthorexia happens.
