I suspect that there are a whole lot of different things going on, which get placed under the diagnostic umbrella thanks to surface similarities in symptoms. Glad they may be figuring some of it out finally, though!

I agree about that. A lot of doctors will diagnose it in anyone with unexplained chronic pain of any kind.
