I have the same problem. If I can put image descriptions, I always will. And that ability is specific to only certain images at only certain times. It’s neither universal nor constant.
When I’m not able to post image descriptions, I don’t.
Especially note that sometimes m posting images because words are difficult. Either all words, or words for certain things. At those times a description is highly unlikely.
Even when I’m able to post image descriptions, it’s very difficult. Writing words to describe an image is one of my not good skills even at my best. I’m not exaggerating the difficulty. I don’t have the spoons to do that all the time. I need them for other things sometimes.
