Just printed this for my refrigerator. Thanks tumblr, once again you are AWESOME.

SUPER USEFUL

I usually end up going the “does it look and smell OK?“ route (unless it’s seafood), but this does look like a handy reference.

Definitely going to print this off and stick it in the drawer with all my other appliance/food storage info.
