This is a gross question about stomach fluid, read at your own risk.

So…

I don’t eat. At all. All my food goes in a feeding tube directly into my intestines. It’s not in my stomach ever.

I also drain stomach fluid pretty much constantly through another tube.

So I see it a lot.

There are these weird little pale flaky chunky things in among the bile and stomach acid.

WTF are they?

Also, while I’m at it, why does stomach fluid come in so many colors different days?

Bright yellow

Bright orange

Dark orange of various shades.

Bright greenish yellow.

Sort of a mossy green.

Dark green.

Brown.

Dark brown.

I’m not doing anything different. Nothing goes into my stomach. WHY DOES IT CHANGE COLORS?

And what are the flakes?
