Holy crap I’ve got too many diagnoses. This is the list from my hospital’s website. They dumb down the stuff, so bronchiectasis becomes “abnormal dilation of airways” and my GJ tube has apparently become G tube?  They also ran out of room do this is only some of my diagnoses. But holy crap. It’s too many. Also chronic fatigue is listed as a symptom, not the actual syndrome.

Here’s the list for those who can’t read screenshots. Some of it is duplicated between the two lists.  Some is only on one. When I know what the dumbed down version refers to, I’ll put the real diagnosis in brackets

So… yes, it’s fully possible to have a zillion diagnoses for real. This is a version of my actual medical chart, from my hospital’s website. They just left stuff off after a certain cutoff, and dumbed down some of the names, according to my doctor. I’ve also noticed them adding and removing stuff over time, like it used to say Anxiety Problem, too.

It’s really weird to see so many different diagnoses. Like I know technically they exist, but I experience my body as one thing (or a bunch of disconnected sensations), not a collection of malfunctions. It’s strange to see them all written out like this.
