I was made aware of this via Twitter and am spreading the word.

An anonymous survey to determine the perception and experiences of women that game. The results of this survey will aid in the creation of an article that will be used to attempt entry into a PhD program. Nothing in this survey is personally identifiable, except for an option to include your email address. The email address, should you include it, will never be made publicly available and will not appear in the final written article.

This is an introductory survey. There can and will be follow up surveys around potential “fixes” for the current perception of women who game.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your help is of enormous benefit.

(For anyone interested in the subject of women gamers, you might also want to look at my RPG.net poll on the percentage of women gamers; it’s old but still (IMHO) interesting and the discussion is msotly very civil.)
