Yeah having a normal EEG says nothing about autism. Abnormal EEGs can mean many different things. Mine is abnormal usually but they don’t know why. Sometimes intermittent focal slowing sometimes constant diffuse slowing sometimes nothing. Epilepsy was confirmed by SPECT, too deep in the brain for EEG.
