This is what I look like when severely nauseated and in a lot of pain and out of breath and somewhat dehydrated and being kept waiting HOURS for an appointment where they figured out there’s nothing wrong with my tube after all and then came home and tried to help a staff person hang paintings before collapsing in bed.  It fits this would be my 33rd birthday.
