feliscorvus: youneedacat: feliscorvus: This “hall made of trees” is actually next to an Apple building near where I live. I always notice it but today was the first time it actually occurred to me to get the camera out. And (to youneedacat) my eyes also do the tile thing with layers of branches. Oh wow you may be the first other person I know to say they do that? It looks like lots of overlay transparency things and sometimes seems to cover parts of visual space where the trees don’t even go. Also sometimes looks like into a kaleidoscope. Repeated patterny stuff.  (I was also going o_0 at the fact that when I saw you’d posted your other one of trees and sidewalk I had already taken this one, it was in my phone!) It’s amazing how we still go o_O at our parallel lives and parallel brains when they’ve been parallel so long and we’ve been aware of it for years! :-) Yes it’s very much like that. I wish I still had the graphic I made to simulate it. But it’s over ten years old and long gone. I may have even created that graphic in the computer lab we used to visit at school.
