My redwood puzzle came. These are the first five pieces I’ve found places for. My mom thinks I’m weird for doing puzzles like this. She does the edges then groups everything into colors.  I grab pieces and see if I can find their spot in the whole puzzle then plunk them down. Although I do collect the edge pieces just because that’s amount clue for location. I wish my left arm wasn’t so worn out but the Mestinon should kick in within half an hour or so. I assume my puzzle method is an autistic thing? It seems related to our ability to do that visual embedded figure search thing where you find one tiny shape in a huge pattern? I’m not good at visually seeing an entire picture but I’m very good at seeing tiny pieces of it. And I mean this entirely visually, not as some sort of metaphor for not seeing the forest and all that. Except this IS a forest puzzle, so…
