And the finished product. :)
I wished I had gone ahead and cut up another zucchini, once it shrunk down, but the lemon-dill roast veggies turned out pretty good. Just heavier on the potato than expected.
The salmon just got some lemon pepper and parsley. And now one of the cats is trying to climb into the plate after it.
Oh wow that looks so amazing.
(Tries to brain-taste it. Wow. Really good.)
