End of life care and disability/chronic illness are not actually the same issue.
Folks with chronic conditions are usually not near the end of their lives when they need medical care.

Yes that too.
When I was having trouble getting my feeding tube, the doctors were shocked by the amount of knowledge my DPA had about when feeding tubes are advisable and when they are not.
