…I do have a spiritual tradition. I mostly forgot how to pray, though.
I wish I still knew how. I’m trying to rebuild that ability.
Because talking to God can be really, really important. It was important to me when I could do it.
Someone told me once the intention to pray is itself a kind of prayer.
