Medical ethics…

…seems mostly to be a conversation about which lives aren’t worth living. Most of that is asking the question “who can we kill?”, some of it is “who should we prevent from being born?” Some of it is “who doesn’t deserve a heart transplant?”

I have not yet seen anything called medical ethics that is actually about not doing unethical things to patients. Have you?
