Hypermobility syndrome: Where you can injure yourself in your sleep.
First it was elbow injuries so bad I needed a sling for a week, every time. And literally could not fully open my elbow. It takes a lot of pain to prevent me from moving like that.
Now it’s something on the side of my knee that’s making me limp.
Yay?
