This curry has just the right amount of spiciness to it… it leaves my mouth feeling pleasantly warm.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm curry…
Now I’m imagining all sorts of different perfect curries.

Right this instant, Thai red curry. But it keeps changing. I love being able to taste things in my head sometimes. I wouldn’t want to taste curry “out loud” right now, but in my head it can be perfect.
