I am about halfway through Carly’s Voice and I am still very, very irritated at Carly’s parents. :|
I once explained my issue with a video about her as something like this: “He says he’s so embarrassed about having talked about her like she wasn’t there. But he’s still doing that. He’s just saying nicer things like she’s not there now.”
Respect for Carly, but not so much for most of the folks around her.
