Lungs I hate you sometimes. Only no its not my lungs I hate.
Lungs are only trying to keep me alive. They can’t help bring damaged any more than I can help it. Don’t hate on body parts that I wouldn’t be alive if they weren’t working their asses off (do lungs have asses?) doing their best fighting against whatever hand they’ve been dealt.
So I’ve been a bit more short of breath than usual all day. I’ve been exposed to a bug and I also had a vaccine that can cause that so I’m not sure which.
Then I go to sleep and get woken up by the alarm on my bipap THREE TIMES.
The alarm only goes off if I’ve speed breathing so badly that even the autopilot mechanisms to handle things like central apnea, don’t work, for an extended time period. It goes off once in awhile but I’m lucky enough it rarely goes off more than that, certainly not more than once a night.
Then I finally get to sleep, have a dream in which I’m in a flash flood and my mestinon runs out and I get super weak and short of breath and end up in the hospital. (Usually my dreams air suffocating and the like are triggered by real breathing problems.) And wake up with intense pain in what may be my right lung.
Lungs what is happening?
Lungs please work pls?
