Another story I’m trying to track down
In middle school at some point, I read a weird book about fake aliens.
It was this thing where kids were kidnapped to do dangerous gymnastics to entertain aliens. Except it turned out that really, it was evil rich people pretending to be aliens, And making kids do scary dangerous things fueled their immorality scheme.
Does anyone remember this book? I’ve tried and tried to find it.
It sounds like something H. M. Hoover could’ve written but I’ve never read it.
