themadrona:

Redwoods. Obviously within 10 minutes of passing into California it started to pour rain, Vancouver style.  It made for some wet photos but those redwoods are INSANELY tall, like sky scraper dinosaur tall. Other than their obscene height I must admit, the redwoods forest has a real BC vibe, but maybe that was the feeling of wet socks and cold wind tricking me.
