Wow that hurt

So I had this dream that I’d broken my jaw. And that I could actually somehow reach into my mouth and pull the entire bottom left chunk of my jawbone out.  Although I never pulled it all the way out, because it hurt too much.  The dream was very long and elaborate.

Anyway I woke up.  And while my jaw didn’t hurt, my neck did.  In fact, my head had fallen forwards, so that my neck was flexed as far as it would possibly go, which is considerably far.  (Anesthesiologists actually induced some of my worst neck problems by hyperextending my neck joints in similar ways for hours.) 

This has never happened before.  And I hope it never happens again.
