About false accusations
The possibility of false accusations needs to be accounted for in any system dealing with abuse. Because abusers aren’t above falsely accusing their victims of abuse as a way to cut them off from others and prevent them from getting access to any help.
And abusers tend to be far, far better at succssfully manipulating systems than their victims.
