I am getting very tired of this shoulder that keeps acting up. I keep (unavoidably) sleeping on it funny, so it subluxates and aches a lot. Today it’s also doing the fun “send numbling sensations down the arm, with twitching triceps and a partly numb hand” nerve pinchy thing. I’m not even…
I think I actually damaged my neck and shoulder on the right side by using a cane and made it more prone to that stuff. I now have to get nerve blocks regularly to prevent shooting pain and the whole arm spasming in response. So those things may be connected.
