I think I just had a conversation that simultaneously combined a couple of my least favorite things.

1. Telling someone that I have language problems, and then being relentlessly picked apart for my language usage alone and no other topic at all. And also telling someone I have language problems,…

YIKES.  I just read all of that.

For what it’s worth, you were being perfectly clear and understandable to me.

Like usually I have to work a little bit, or let things sink in a little bit, to get what you’re saying…I think because I’m usually working so hard to be extremely verbal that I have to think to stop and take a step back and let things go back to a less verbal place and then I get it…but that was pretty much crystal clear.

Yeah that’s because I was working my ass off to be as clear as humanly possible because I could tell how language-oriented the person I was talking to was.

Wasted the effort on him though.  Hopefully the effort was not wasted on bystanders, though, because that’s the real benefit of posts like that even when the person you’re talking to is being an ass.

would It be ok for be to reblog your explanation over there? I want more people to see it because it’s really clear, but I don’t want to attract any more dangerous people’s attention to you
