The next time I have that kind of reaction to someone, I am immediately blocking them.

It’s just not worth the risk.

Getting stuck in that mode is too dangerous for me.

I suspect that there’s considerable overlap in people we need to avoid. I wonder if there’s any way we could help each other remember to do that.

Yeah I think we’re triggered in similar ways by similar people for similar reasons. Not sure how to help each other, but if you think of anything let me know. I know other people in the same boat too.
