So any time I bear down like I’m going to the bathroom (that’s the only TMI in the post), pain shoots down my left leg, starting near where the top of my butt and hip meet, shooting down the back of the leg, on the left-hand side of the back of the leg. It’s very sharp, very painful, and I can…
So it turns out it might be my IT band? Which I’d forgotten was a body part, the one on my other side was injured a while back and this seems quite possible. Ugh. It’s really really sore.
