Silicone tape is amazing.  If you have a feeding tube, GET SOME.
I had some a long time back because a friend recommended it for any sort of tube that springs a leak.
It isn’t the tube that’s leaking, it’s the silicone port on top.  You can see it’s the thing made of clear silicone on top, with the red thing sticking into it.  The leaky part is in the junction between the little port and the big port.  The blue stuff is silicone tape.
Silicone tape isn’t sticky like regular tape.  It sticks to itself and fuses into one solid mass, and if you wrap it tight enough around something it will stop just about any leak.  So i took one small piece and one big piece, each bent to fit in the junction, and wrapped them around each port and around each other.  It helped even more than the port is made of silicone, too.
And for now, it’s working, and hopefully saving me a trip to the emergency room until I can call the hospital and get a new one on Monday.
ANYONE with a feeding tube should have this stuff, in case of emergencies.  I wouldn’t put it on anything that would go inside of you, but for stuff strictly on the outside it should be fine.
