“People with developmental disabilities and mental health disabilities are the only people we still advocate segregation for.”

Except not true.

Also, people with physical disabilities.  What do you think nursing homes are?

Also, old people.  See above.

Also, in practice, people of color of various sorts.

And there’s more.

Always be wary of “[insert people here] are the only people we still advocate [insert bad thing here] for.”  It’s nearly always wrong.

But it IS true that DD people and crazy people are two of the groups of people that it is quite openly promoted for.  Still not the only ones, not even close.
