Right now, fried mushrooms. Something about frying them seems to intensify their mushroomy flavor and hold in all the juices.

Pride, I think I have a natural flair for poetry.

Ooooooooo fried mushrooms are great.  At least they were great whenever they didn’t give me an upset stomach.
