I just got a bit visually overloaded and so I did all this stuff around the house without opening my eyes even a little bit:

Getting out of bed, walking to the bathroom, hanging up my feeding backpack on the shoe rack, using the toilet, using the bidet, getting the toilet paper, throwing out the…

If there are things that you enjoy (or need access to) outside aside from the visual input part, could it help any to close your eyes or even use a blindfold when going out? To eliminate or minimize visual input so you can focus on other senses instead?  Sorry I know you weren’t asking advice.
